This senior leadership role sits at the core of the go-to-market engine, driving how complex commercial deals are structured, approved, and executed across a high-growth SaaS organization. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Pricing teams to ensure deals are both commercially sound and operationally scalable. The role combines strategic deal shaping with hands-on execution oversight, with a strong focus on pricing discipline, margin protection, and revenue accuracy. You will help accelerate deal velocity while ensuring consistency and compliance across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. This is a highly visible position requiring strong cross-functional influence and commercial judgment. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on building scalable, repeatable revenue processes.
Accountabilities:- Lead deal strategy and execution for complex, high-value, and non-standard transactions, partnering closely with Sales leadership to structure commercially balanced agreements.
- Define and enforce pricing, discounting, and approval frameworks that align with company financial and strategic objectives.
- Serve as a key escalation point for deal structuring, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with margin and revenue targets.
- Oversee end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, ensuring accurate translation of deals into orders, billing, and revenue recognition in partnership with Finance and Accounting.
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and maintain alignment with accounting policies and governance requirements.
- Collaborate across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Revenue Operations to streamline deal processes and improve cross-functional decision-making.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Deal Desk team, establishing KPIs, governance standards, and clear career development paths.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in complex SaaS deal structuring, pricing strategy, discount governance, and contract negotiation.
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes, order management, and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
- Hands-on experience with CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ preferred), CRM platforms, and billing tools.
- Proven ability to partner with Accounting, Finance, and senior leadership stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate deal-level and portfolio-level impact.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience building or scaling Deal Desk or Revenue Operations functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence.
