The Director of Corporate Systems is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and management of corporate systems within the organization. This role involves managing a team of managers, analysts, admins, and developers to maximize the business value of IT applications. The Director will work closely with key business stakeholders to select, implement, and support technical solutions that enable efficient business outcomes


Primary Duties:
  • Team Management and Development (30%):
  • Manage and grow a team of managers, analysts, admins, and developers.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, including training, coaching, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Foster an environment of shared ownership and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution (30%):
  • Set the strategic direction for corporate systems architecture and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of large, complex Enterprise Systems projects through all phases, including planning, design, and execution.
  • Develop and manage the Enterprise Systems budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration (20%):
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders in Security and other operational areas to select, implement, and support technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure effective communication and issue escalation when needed.
  • System and Process Improvement (10%):
  • Develop, document, and enhance system administration processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to services and products.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to support processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.
  • Vendor Management (10%):
  • Partner with third-party vendors for service and equipment support, warranty claims, and product procurement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal performance.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience managing business systems, with 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration options, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience establishing strategic plans for system growth, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Experience conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in leading cross-functional projects and guiding teams in the corporate systems ecosystem.


Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
  • Experience with Active Directory Users and Computers.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Experience with Okta user administration, Jamf Pro, and Intune Endpoint Management.
  • Audio/Visual conference equipment management and support experience.
  • Experience supporting large events and retreats from an IT and AV perspective.
