This is a high-impact communications leadership role responsible for shaping how a category-defining technology company is perceived across the market. You will lead the development and execution of a bold, strategic communications agenda that positions the organization as a thought leader within a complex and highly technical industry. Acting at the intersection of storytelling, media strategy, and executive positioning, you will translate sophisticated product and business narratives into compelling messages that resonate with press, analysts, and industry influencers. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with responsibility for elevating brand credibility and driving awareness at scale. Working closely with executive leadership and marketing teams, you will ensure consistent and powerful storytelling across all external channels. Accountabilities

In this role, you will define and lead the corporate communications strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives while elevating the company’s presence in the market. You will be responsible for shaping narratives, managing external partners, and driving consistent executive visibility across key audiences.

  • Own and evolve the corporate narrative to support category leadership and market differentiation
  • Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy across media, analyst relations, and thought leadership
  • Lead media relations efforts, building and maintaining relationships with key journalists and industry publications
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape and amplify strategic messaging across speaking engagements, interviews, and written content
  • Oversee analyst relations to ensure strong positioning in industry reports and buyer-facing evaluations
  • Manage external agency partners to support scalable and high-quality communications execution
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to amplify key product launches and market milestones
  • Build measurement frameworks to track communications impact and alignment with business outcomes

Requirements

This role requires a strong blend of storytelling expertise, executive communication skills, and experience building high-impact corporate communications programs in complex B2B environments.

  • Proven experience in corporate communications, ideally within B2B technology, fintech, or insurtech environments
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical or business concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Demonstrated success in media relations and earned media strategy
  • Experience working closely with executives to build consistent, high-visibility communications platforms
  • Strong understanding of analyst relations, including engagement with firms such as Gartner or Forrester
  • Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently and build communications programs from the ground up
  • Strong strategic thinking, writing, and stakeholder management skills
