Summary of the Role:

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in B2B Software Cloud Migration, you’ll take the lead on one of our top priority programs. Your deep experience in B2B enterprise SaaS cloud migration will drive our customer base to the cloud. You will be an evangelist both internally and externally, ensuring successful execution across all program phases. Your deep experience will guide the development of the program strategy, shape workstreams and timelines, and ensure successful execution across all program phases. This role is designed for someone who wakes up every day to champion cloud adoption and brings lessons learned and best practices to deliver against program objectives.

The role is ideally based in Finland, but for the right candidate, we are open to considering U.S.-based applicants. Please note that relocation is not offered for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Strategic Guidance: Define and continually refine program strategy, scope, and execution plans, incorporating best practices and lessons learned.
• Consultative Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to the Program Manager and cross-functional leaders, offering actionable recommendations based on domain expertise.
• Risk Management & Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify challenges and opportunities; take initiative to mitigate risks and enhance performance.
• Change Management Support: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support enablement and ensure business readiness.
• Customer Evangelism: Champion cloud migration benefits to customers and internal teams, driving adoption and engagement.
• Professional Services & Customer Success: Leverage experience in services, success, sales, and support to ensure smooth transitions and high customer satisfaction.
  

Collaboration Opportunities:

• Engage regularly with executive stakeholders and business leaders.

• Coordinate across Product, Operations, GTM, and Finance teams.
• Interface with vendors or external consultants as needed.

Requirements

Who You Are / Qualifications and Skills:

• Deep experience in cloud infrastructure/B2B software cloud migration. (Must have)

• Proven success in enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with a consultative, customer-first mindset.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and guide.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving environments.
• Background in professional services, customer success, sales, or support.
• Strong conversational English.
• Experience driving customer migrations directly or via consultancy.
