  • Own revenue retention targets and drive renewal success, aiming for high client retention through proactive account management.
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities through strategic planning, contract negotiations, and solution alignment.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting client success.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by bringing structured feedback and insights into Product, Clinical, Operations, and Growth teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client outcomes, strengthen program adoption, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Support development of account strategies, forecasting, and executive-level reporting for portfolio performance visibility.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, client strategy, enterprise account management, or growth-focused roles.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of management or strategy consulting experience, including at manager or project leader level.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, population health, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of driving account retention, expansion, and revenue growth in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across executive-level audiences and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex commercial discussions and achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in strategy development and execution planning.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments strongly preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30–50% as required.
  • Strong proficiency in using AI tools to support research, client communication, and strategic analysis is highly valued.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from 185,000 to 210,000 USD plus bonus eligibility.
  • Equity opportunities as part of a long-term incentive package.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility in day-to-day execution.
  • Generous PTO policy and paid holidays.
  • Paid parental leave for all parents.
  • Education and professional development reimbursement programs.
