We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Client Development to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key clients, leading efforts to expand account revenue and market presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, shape client strategies, and deliver exceptional experiences. This position offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes, lead account growth initiatives, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative environment where strategic thinking and client impact are valued.


Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term client partnerships and account growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing a healthy pipeline and closing deals to increase revenue and market share.
  • Qualify inbound leads and coordinate with internal teams to convert opportunities into profitable relationships.
  • Lead win strategies, overseeing cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Inspire and mentor team members, promoting collaboration, high-quality deliverables, and industry recognition.
  • Monitor account activities, budgets, and pipeline accuracy to ensure operational excellence and strategic growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing sales or account management role.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client growth, and revenue generation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in branded environments, exhibits, events, or related industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
