Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role bridges commercial, market access, and financial perspectives to deliver integrated strategies across product lifecycles. The position requires deep expertise in healthcare economics, pricing models, and reimbursement landscapes, along with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, the role influences both near-term commercial outcomes and long-term market success. This is a high-visibility opportunity to impact multi-billion-dollar portfolios and shape go-to-market strategies at scale.

Accountabilities:

Lead the development and execution of channel, pricing, and contracting strategies for advanced platform products across the U.S. market.

  • Design gross-to-net pricing strategies and manage account-level pricing frameworks to support profitability and access goals.
  • Develop and implement contracting strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations and execution of payer and customer contracts in collaboration with trade and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct financial and strategic evaluations of pricing and contracting scenarios to support decision-making.
  • Drive market access strategies for both in-line and pipeline products through data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, medical, and market access teams to ensure alignment and execution of integrated strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and healthcare policy changes to inform pricing and channel decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all pricing and contracting activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, market access, payer strategy, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in U.S. healthcare economics, pricing, reimbursement, and pharmaceutical demand drivers.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare contracting, including knowledge of PBMs, health plans, Medicare Part B/D, and payer dynamics.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of patient access strategies, product launches, and commercialization processes.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and scenarios.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with executive-level visibility.
  • Background in specialty products, rare diseases, or advanced therapies is a plus.
  • Leadership experience and ability to influence without direct authority preferred.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range ($194,600 – $361,400 USD annually)
  • Performance-based bonus and potential equity incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Generous paid time off including vacation, holidays, and personal leave
  • Flexible remote work environment with 10–20% travel
  • Career development and leadership growth opportunities
  • Inclusive and collaborative workplace focused on innovation and impact
