This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Category Management (Store Growth) in the United States.

This is a high-impact growth leadership role focused on transforming how digital product categories perform across a fast-scaling healthcare commerce ecosystem. You will own end-to-end category performance, combining strategic portfolio thinking with hands-on execution across pricing, promotions, merchandising, and product positioning. The role sits at the intersection of care, Rx, and ecommerce, with direct influence on conversion, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value. You will act as the primary operator for category expansion, ensuring that each product line performs as part of a cohesive growth engine. This is a highly analytical and experimental environment where test-and-learn approaches are essential. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product, growth, lifecycle marketing, and clinical operations. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in scaling businesses and enjoys both strategic ownership and tactical execution.

Accountabilities:

You will own the performance and growth of key product categories, driving both strategic direction and hands-on optimization across the store ecosystem.

  • Own end-to-end category performance, including revenue growth, conversion, AOV, repeat purchase, and retention across assigned product lines.
  • Develop and execute pricing, promotion, bundling, and packaging strategies to optimize conversion, margin, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead category merchandising across digital surfaces including website, CRM, lifecycle campaigns, and commerce workflows.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across the full funnel, from acquisition channels through onsite conversion and retention.
  • Partner on product launch strategies to ensure strong post-launch commercial performance and category integration.
  • Build and scale a test-and-learn framework to continuously optimize offers, positioning, and product mix.
  • Drive cross-sell and attach-rate growth across complementary care, prescription, and supplement offerings.

Requirements:

This role requires a strong blend of category management expertise, ecommerce growth experience, and analytical rigor in a fast-moving environment.

  • 8–12+ years of experience in category management, ecommerce, DTC, CPG, or digital growth roles.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue performance through pricing, promotions, and portfolio optimization.
  • Strong ability to translate category strategy into execution across digital commerce environments.
  • Experience driving conversion, AOV, retention, and lifecycle-based growth metrics.
  • Highly analytical mindset with comfort using data to identify opportunities and test hypotheses.
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to balance short-term performance and long-term category growth.
  • Ability to operate both at strategic portfolio level and detailed executional level.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, experimental, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary range of $180,000–$225,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • Additional compensation including equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, and vision coverage)
  • Performance-based growth and learning opportunities in a scaling environment
  • Flexible and modern work environment supporting cross-functional collaboration
  • Exposure to a high-growth care + commerce business model
  • Opportunity to shape category strategy in a rapidly expanding digital health ecosystem
