This leadership role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, care experience, and digital health transformation, responsible for shaping and scaling Care Advocacy services across a large, complex healthcare environment. You will oversee a sizable multidisciplinary team, ensuring both clinical and non-clinical operations deliver high-quality, patient-centered support. The role requires strong strategic and operational leadership, with the ability to translate data, clinical workflows, and organizational needs into scalable service models. You will collaborate closely with technology, product, and executive stakeholders to align systems, processes, and care delivery improvements. In this position, you will drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on patient outcomes, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a highly visible role with significant influence across care delivery strategy and organizational priorities.


Accountabilities:

You will lead and optimize Care Advocacy operations by managing a large team, shaping service strategy, and ensuring alignment between clinical processes, operational needs, and technology capabilities. You will also play a key role in performance management, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to improve care delivery outcomes.

  • Lead and manage a large multidisciplinary team (clinical and non-clinical), including supervisor-level leaders
  • Define and execute operational strategies for Care Advocacy services across outpatient and hospital settings
  • Translate clinical, operational, and business needs into clear technical and process requirements
  • Oversee care delivery performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and service expansion
  • Interpret and leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making at both individual and organizational levels
  • Partner with product and technology teams to align system changes, releases, and platform performance with operational needs
  • Manage budget planning, financial reviews, and resource allocation for Care Advocacy operations
  • Develop leadership capability within the team through coaching, mentoring, and upskilling initiatives
  • Establish and promote consistent processes, operational standards, and service quality frameworks
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to communicate strategy, risks, and operational priorities

Requirements

You bring strong healthcare leadership experience with deep understanding of clinical operations, care delivery systems, and cross-functional team management. You are highly analytical, strategic, and comfortable operating in complex, data-driven healthcare environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or MBA)
  • 5+ years of business experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or strategic planning
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing teams and operational functions
  • Experience in clinical settings and understanding of care delivery workflows strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to translate operational and clinical needs into technical and system requirements
  • Experience working with healthcare and enterprise systems such as Epic, Cerner, Salesforce, or Athena
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Preferred experience in digital health, consumer engagement, or product/technology environments
