This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Business Transformation in United States.

This senior consulting leadership role focuses on driving large-scale organizational and operational transformation for enterprise clients undergoing complex marketing and digital evolution. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operating model design, and change management, helping organizations modernize how they work, make decisions, and deliver customer experiences. The role combines deep advisory expertise with hands-on execution across client engagements, ensuring transformation strategies translate into measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with technology, data, and marketing teams to align people, processes, and platforms. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide senior stakeholders through ambiguity, enabling adoption of new ways of working and future-ready operating models. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong consulting acumen, executive presence, and the ability to lead transformation from vision to execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead organizational transformation, change management, and operating model design engagements, supporting clients through end-to-end consulting from assessment to execution.
  • Design and implement future-state operating models, including capability maps, governance structures, decision rights frameworks (RACI/RAPID), and cross-functional workflows.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, readiness assessments, and change impact analyses to build alignment and drive adoption across complex organizations.
  • Translate discovery insights into executive-level narratives, presentations, and transformation roadmaps that guide decision-making and implementation sequencing.
  • Partner with data, technology, and marketing teams to ensure transformation strategies are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business and customer goals.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, solution design, and identifying new growth opportunities within client accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of consulting experience in digital transformation, organizational change management, business process redesign, or integrated marketing strategy.
  • At least 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms or digital agencies working on complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end organizational change initiatives, from diagnosis through implementation and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, operating models, and how organizational structure enables customer experience transformation.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data and concepts into clear executive narratives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and research to drive recommendations and strategic decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, and matrixed environments with a high degree of autonomy.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary range of $113,000–$150,000 depending on experience, skills, and location.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan (401k) and financial security benefits.
  • Generous paid time off, including at least 15 paid holidays annually and flexible PTO.
  • Paid sick leave and paid parental leave.
  • Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Flexible hybrid/remote work model with occasional travel (20–30%) for client engagement.
  • Professional development opportunities in a global consulting and transformation environment.
