  • 8–10+ years of experience in consultative sales or business development, ideally within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare services.
  • Strong background in managing enterprise-level client relationships and complex sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including operations, clinical, and technical experts.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including understanding of profitability and business modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and business systems for pipeline and account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, financial security, and well-being
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings programs with employer contributions
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Flexible and hybrid work arrangements depending on role requirements
