This role offers the chance to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide digital workplace solutions that enhance collaboration, automation, and efficiency across a distributed organization. You will act as a cross-system integrator, connecting business needs with technical solutions, while collaborating with stakeholders across IT, operations, and other teams. The position involves working with cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS tools, APIs, and automation frameworks to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in enterprise integration, cloud technologies, and scripting, paired with a problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills. Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable integration solutions across enterprise platforms, aligning technology with business needs.
- Serve as a cross-system integrator, connecting tools such as ERP, CRM, and service management platforms to enable seamless workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, map technical workflows, and deliver secure, efficient, and automated solutions.
- Develop and maintain APIs, integration scripts, and connectors across enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Google Workspace, Atlassian tools).
- Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code solutions to streamline deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor colleagues, share technical expertise, and foster collaboration across IT and business teams.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, integration patterns, and best practices to continuously improve digital workplace systems.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions, with proven experience as an integration or solutions architect.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT, systems engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, API management, and integration tools (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, Apache Camel, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and mentor teammates.
- Experience with security standards, Zero Trust architecture, and best practices for data and API integration.
- Agile/Scrum experience and platform-level certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, MuleSoft Integration Architect) are a plus.

- Base salary range: $103,537 - $116,479 annually.
