This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Solutions Sales Specialist in United States.

This role is a consultative, technically driven sales position focused on accelerating the adoption of advanced digital power management and controls automation solutions across a defined territory in the Pacific Northwest. You will work at the intersection of engineering and enterprise sales, helping customers modernize electrical infrastructure through integrated monitoring, analytics, and automation technologies. The position blends strategic account development with hands-on solution selling, requiring strong technical fluency and commercial acumen. You will engage with industrial, commercial, institutional, and government clients to design tailored solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and cybersecurity. Working closely with technical experts and cross-functional teams, you will influence complex buying decisions and long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact role where your ability to translate technical capabilities into business value directly drives growth and market adoption.

Accountabilities:
  • Own territory performance by driving bookings, margin growth, pipeline health, and win rates across assigned markets while maintaining consistent forecast accuracy.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, qualification, and structured deal progression across commercial, industrial, institutional, and government segments.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations in collaboration with technical and commercial teams to close complex deals.
  • Drive specification influence and solution adoption by engaging consultants, EPCs, integrators, and end users to position solutions early in project cycles.
  • Develop and expand strategic accounts through executive engagement, account planning, and long-term relationship building at multiple organizational levels.
  • Partner with technical and service teams to deliver integrated digital and automation solutions, including commissioning and deployment support.
  • Deliver customer education through presentations, seminars, and webinars to communicate value propositions and generate demand.
  • Capture and synthesize customer feedback to inform product improvements, marketing strategies, and future solution development.

Requirements:
This role requires strong enterprise sales experience combined with technical understanding of digital infrastructure and automation solutions. Candidates should bring a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and developing long-term client relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, product management, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience with digital monitoring, controls automation, or communications systems.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, solution positioning, and value-based business cases (ROI/TCO).
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influence technical and commercial decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working in a matrixed organization and coordinating across technical, sales, and operations teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
  • Preferred: experience in energy management systems, BAS, OT cybersecurity, microgrids, or electrical infrastructure solutions; engineering or MBA background is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive compensation (total target compensation range: $172,500 – $252,500 USD).
  • Company-provided vehicle for territory travel.
  • Remote work flexibility within the assigned region.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Paid time off and additional wellness and leave programs.
  • Professional development and technical training opportunities.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge digital energy and automation technologies in high-growth markets.
