This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Product Manager - Security in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product management, cybersecurity, and engineering, focused on building and evolving enterprise-grade security products that protect critical systems and enable secure-by-default development practices. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of security platforms that reduce enterprise risk while improving developer experience and operational efficiency. Working closely with security engineering, DevOps, and enterprise stakeholders, you will translate complex security requirements into scalable digital products embedded across CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows. The position requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes, compliance, and risk reduction. You will also leverage AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and accelerate decision-making across the product lifecycle. This is a high-impact role shaping how security is embedded across modern digital platforms in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for enterprise security products aligned with risk, compliance, and engineering needs.
  • Manage end-to-end product delivery including backlog ownership, user story definition, Agile ceremonies, and iterative release planning in collaboration with engineering and security teams.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI and automation into security workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed secure-by-default capabilities into CI/CD pipelines, developer tools, and enterprise platforms.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to measure product performance, adoption, security impact, and compliance effectiveness.
  • Anticipate future security threats and scalability needs to ensure long-term resilience and adaptability of security products.
  • Communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and roadmap updates clearly to executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, including product discovery, roadmap ownership, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, secure SDLC, DevSecOps practices, and enterprise security architectures.
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs and using data-driven insights to guide product decisions and prioritization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and policy-as-code concepts in modern engineering environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, security, and business stakeholders while influencing product direction.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior product managers or contributing to broader product capability development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of security tooling (e.g., SAST, DAST, IAM, vulnerability management) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $120,000 – $193,725 based on experience and qualifications
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions (401k)
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements
  • Professional development opportunities and certification support
  • Exposure to cutting-edge security, DevSecOps, and AI-driven product innovation
  • Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on innovation and impact
  • Opportunities to shape enterprise-wide security strategy and architecture.
