This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and technical delivery within a fast-evolving digital product environment. You will be responsible for shaping and driving the lifecycle of key digital products, ensuring they deliver measurable customer and business value. Working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, you will translate complex needs into clear product direction and actionable backlogs. The role requires strong discovery skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will play a key part in defining product roadmaps, validating assumptions through experimentation, and continuously improving outcomes. Accountabilities:- Lead the definition, discovery, and lifecycle management of digital products, contributing to product vision, strategy, and roadmap development aligned with customer and enterprise goals.
- Own and manage product backlogs by writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories, ensuring clear alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Define success metrics and performance indicators, leveraging data to evaluate product outcomes and inform strategic adjustments.
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure successful delivery.
- Drive product discovery and validation activities, including experimentation, user feedback, and test-and-learn approaches to validate assumptions.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights, understanding user needs, and ensuring solutions deliver meaningful value.
- Support go-to-market readiness by collaborating with stakeholders on product launches, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles, with demonstrated success in delivering customer-facing digital products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, product roadmapping, and systems thinking.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and writing clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman and ability to validate product functionality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage complex product environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
