Firebird is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Digital Operations Manager, to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across the company’s business units and those of partner record labels, management teams, and music publishers.
This individual will be an integral member of the Digital Marketing team, providing operational support for the planning, execution, and analysis of digital campaigns across CRM, owned platforms, and paid media, in support of artist releases, tours, merchandise, and fan growth initiatives. The Digital Operations Specialist will help build scalable systems, manage first-party data, and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth across the artist lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational instincts with a strategic mindset, is highly detail-oriented, and is comfortable working directly with artists, managers, and internal stakeholders. They are fluent in digital platforms, CRM tools, advertising platforms, and performance reporting, and can clearly communicate insights and results to partners.
Digital Strategy & Execution
Support the development of digital marketing strategies for artist releases, tours, merchandise, and fan acquisition & monetization initiatives
Help define campaign objectives, success metrics, and channel approaches in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders
Translate artist and partner goals into clear digital plans, timelines, and executional briefs
CRM & Audience Development
Index, manage, and grow first-party audiences on behalf of partners
Maintain tracking and documentation for fan growth and engagement across CRM, social, and e-commerce platforms
Support and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on audience segmentation, retention, and lifetime value
Data, Reporting & Analysis
Generate reports and analyses to measure marketing impact across awareness, engagement, consumption, and commerce
Use quantitative analysis to develop a deeper understanding of artist audiences and behavior
Surface actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and audience value
Assist in building business intelligence and performance presentations tailored to individual artists and partner goals
Paid Media & Advertising
Support end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
Assist in monitoring budgets, pacing, and performance across major advertising platforms
Evaluate campaign performance against KPIs and surface insights to inform future strategy
Operations & Collaboration
Build, document, and maintain systems and workflows that enable scalable digital marketing operations
Support cross-functional collaboration by ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and consistently across teams
Help improve internal processes, tools, and reporting standards over time
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing at a record label, management company, promoter, or music-adjacent business
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics, with experience managing campaigns from planning through reporting
Experience working with CRM platforms (eg. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Laylo), audience data, and lifecycle marketing concepts
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Canva
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, and YouTube Studio
Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain performance metrics, insights, and recommendations
Track record of supporting campaigns or initiatives that drive audience growth, engagement, or revenue
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
High level of integrity, curiosity, and enthusiasm for music and artist development
