This role offers the opportunity to support the execution of impactful digital media and influencer marketing campaigns in a fast-moving remote environment.
You will coordinate campaign operations between content creators, brand partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery from planning through publication.

Accountabilities:

The Digital Marketing Project Coordinator will manage daily campaign operations, ensuring that sponsorship integrations and digital marketing projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and according to brand expectations. This role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Coordinate end-to-end campaign workflows, including creator communications, production timelines, approvals, and final deliverable tracking.
Provide content creators with campaign guidelines, talking points, and required messaging to support successful ad integrations.
Review completed ad placements and promotional content to ensure compliance with brand standards, messaging requirements, and quality expectations.
Act as the primary operational contact for creators and brand partners, providing timely updates throughout campaign stages.
Maintain accurate campaign records, project statuses, revision notes, and performance-related information within project management systems.
Monitor deadlines, identify potential delivery risks, and proactively support resolution of operational challenges.
Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and campaign performance.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive operations professional with experience managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining accuracy across complex workflows. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and managing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

3 to 5 years of experience in project management, operations, customer success, campaign coordination, or a related field.
Experience working within marketing agencies, digital campaigns, influencer marketing, or media environments is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accurate data, records, and project documentation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to make operational decisions independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Flexibility to work United States business hours and adjust schedules when important deadlines require additional support.
Experience coordinating YouTube sponsorships, creator campaigns, or influencer marketing initiatives is a plus.
Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management and database tools is preferred.
