The Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media will play a pivotal role in driving our digital advertising efforts across various platforms and channels for the Store Marketing team, including Meta, Google, Microsoft, Affiliate, Amazon, and LiveIntent. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of these platforms and a strategic mindset, allowing them to deliver flawless campaign execution, actionable reporting, and the thought leadership necessary to maximize our marketing impact. In addition, the Marketing Manager will collaborate on media planning, and be responsible for campaign set-up and execution for internal teams.
Remote or Hybrid 3x a week
In-office Expectations: This position offers remote work flexibility; however, if you reside within a commutable distance to one of our main offices in New York, Des Moines, Birmingham, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Seattle, the expectation is to work from the office three times per week.

The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Education:
BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional training).
Experience:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a heavy focus on paid media execution or ad operations (agency or in-house)
Expert working knowledge of at least one major advertising ecosystem (e.g., Meta Ads or Google Ads).
Track record of managing or supporting significant monthly media spends ($100,000+), while maintaining strict efficiency targets (ROAS/CPA).
Experience with subscription business marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with the back-end of major ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or various DSPs). Mastery of at least one platform preferred.
Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of tracking pixels, URL parameters (UTMs), and the general "plumbing" of digital marketing.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to organize data, identify performance trends, and translate metrics into actionable insights.
Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail and comfort pacing large budgets with minimal oversight.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment where priorities can shift based on performance data.
Creative Partnership: Comfortable collaborating with creative teams to optimize ad assets based on real-time performance data.

Pay Range
Salary: Remote: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
