We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support SAGA’s digital strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of Pathlight™. This role helps drive digital presence end-to-end—from website optimization and social media to campaign development and analytics. The ideal candidate combines supporting the strategic vision with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
    • Support development and implement a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Campaign Management
    • Manage omnichannel campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels (SEO/SEM, email, LinkedIn, content syndication).
    • Partner with commercial and medical teams to create targeted campaigns for physicians, patients, and advocacy groups.
  • Content & Brand
    • Manage SAGA’s social media presence and expand thought-leadership content (blogs, webinars, infographics, video).
    • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Analytics & Optimization
    • Support creation and track KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to demonstrate campaign ROI and digital funnel performance.
    • Manage website and optimize performance to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Technology & Tools
    • Utilize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
    • Participate in CRM integration and content management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and advise on conversion performance.
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated digital campaigns with measurable business impact.
