Digital Marketing Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Natcast's comprehensive digital marketing strategy across a range of platforms such as the Natcast website, organic and paid social media, digital newsletter, webinar and virtual event solutions, online survey tools, and our CRM management system. Your efforts will support the Natcast brand as well as three of our key focus areas: Workforce Development, Research & Development (R&D), and Membership Engagement.
Every day, you will develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for Natcast's initiatives in the semiconductor industry.
To thrive in this role, you must have a strong background in digital marketing strategy and execution, excellent content creation skills, and experience or working knowledge of a variety of digital marketing platforms. You must also have the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling digital narratives across multiple channels that resonate with diverse audiences.

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in amplifying Natcast's mission and impact through effective digital strategies. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and visibility of a mission-driven organization at the forefront of semiconductor innovation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Natcast's goals across Brand, Workforce Development, R&D, and Membership Engagement
Manage and optimize the Natcast website, ensuring up-to-date, engaging, and SEO-optimized content working alongside specialized team leads
Plan, execute, and monitor all organic and paid social media campaigns across relevant platforms; lead community management responding to questions/comments and engaging the community at large
Collaborate cross-functionally in the creation of compelling digital content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and social media assets
Collaborate in the development and execution of a webinar content calendar, coordinating with subject matter experts to deliver valuable insights to our audience
Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage stakeholders
Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies in the semiconductor industry
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as digital agencies or freelancers, as needed
Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with relevant data protection regulations
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a technical or research-oriented environment
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
Strong knowledge of social media marketing best practices
Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate compelling content for various digital platforms
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketing for technology, research, or non-profit organizations
Experience with SEO and SEM
Familiarity with the semiconductor industry or related fields
Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design software such as Canva
Experience with video production and editing
Experience with relevant digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite)
