This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Roadpass Digital. We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer II in United States.

This role is a key member of a dynamic DevOps team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and automated infrastructure services. You will oversee end-to-end infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across multiple platforms and environments. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely while driving improvements in cloud architecture, automation, and deployment processes. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers with strong programming skills and experience in cloud-based services, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions and enhance operational efficiency. Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable, automated infrastructure and services across the organization.
  • Architect and implement solutions using AWS services and other cloud or managed platforms.
  • Apply infrastructure best practices and communicate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain reusable automation libraries for infrastructure and operational tasks.
  • Manage centralized monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems to ensure reliability and accountability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate infrastructure for new projects, product launches, and acquisitions.
  • Monitor, advise, and implement solutions to address security risks and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or development-focused role.
  • 2+ years working with AWS services; Sagemaker experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years with Kubernetes (EKS or similar) and container orchestration.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions and version control using Git.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Ruby.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools (Terraform/Terragrunt, Ansible).
  • Experience with Bash scripting and Linux system administration.
  • Familiarity with web development infrastructure requirements and cloud deployment processes.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience supporting multiple development and staging environments.
