Challenge

We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with our development and operations teams to automate and streamline our CI/CD operations and processes, ensuring high availability and performance of our services. You will have a key role in designing, implementing, and managing continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS and Azure Cloud Platform.


What you'll do

- Automation & Infrastructure: Design and implement automated build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes.

- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.

- Automated Testing: Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD tools

- Monitoring & Performance: Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like New Relic or Datadog to ensure system health and performance.

- Security: Apply DevOps security best practices, and ensure infrastructure is secure by design, with an emphasis on compliance and risk management.

- Collaboration: Work closely across teams to plan and execute software releases.

- Cloud Management: Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure for CI/CD Tools (AWS, Azure), including provisioning, scaling, and maintaining services.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues in development, testing, and production environments.


In order to succeed in this position, you will need:


Mandatory skills

- Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in DevOps methodologies, systems engineering, or software engineering.

- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

- Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

- Experience with infrastructure-as-a-code such as Terraform.

- Experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, ELK or Splunk).

- Strong knowledge of version control tools, especially Git.


Nice to Have

- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Kubernetes certifications.

- Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

- Experience working with microservices architecture and related technologies.
