Accountabilities:

Build, manage, and grow relationships with a portfolio of donors, including foundations, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals
Develop and execute tailored donor engagement and communication strategies to strengthen partnerships and drive funding outcomes
Oversee donor communications, ensuring timely updates on impact, initiatives, and organizational progress
Support the cultivation of prospective donors by managing pipelines, responding to inquiries, and coordinating outreach efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver donor events, meetings, and engagement opportunities
Maintain accurate donor records in CRM systems and generate insights to inform fundraising strategies
Contribute to strategic planning by sharing donor feedback and helping shape long-term development goals
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for donors, leadership, and board engagement

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, or partnership management
Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with institutional donors or major funders
Strong understanding of philanthropy, ideally within sustainability, food systems, or climate-related sectors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences
Experience using CRM systems and managing donor data effectively
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Passion for mission-driven work and global impact initiatives

Benefits:
