This position ensures our engineering teams can deliver high-quality, reliable software quickly, consistently, and securely. You will own our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring stack, environment automation, and operational tooling—empowering developers and ensuring system resilience at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about automation, and wants to contribute to both engineering velocity and platform stability.

What you'll do

  • Maintain Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Optimize cost, performance, and reliability across cloud environments.

CI/CD & Automation

  • Automate build, test, deployment, and rollback workflows.
  • Implement blue/green and canary deployments to minimize downtime.
  • Build internal tools and scripts to streamline developer workflows.

Monitoring, Logging & Incident Response

  • Set up and maintain observability tools (New Relic).
  • Ensure robust application logging, tracing, and alerting.
  • Lead incident response for production events, performing root-cause analysis.
  • Drive post-incident reviews and long-term remediation initiatives.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement DevSecOps best practices across pipelines and environments.
  • Manage identity access, and environment hardening.
  • Support SOC 2, ISO, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Create automated checks for vulnerabilities, dependencies, and misconfigurations.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with software engineers, QA, and product teams to streamline delivery.
  • Improve developer experience through automation, self-service tooling, and environment lifecycle management.

• • Provide guidance on cloud architecture, operational readiness, and scalability planning.
