We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead a high-performing, distributed software engineering team in delivering innovative SaaS and cloud-based solutions. This role requires both strong technical expertise and proven leadership skills to drive product development, enhance team performance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. You will oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle, mentor developers and testers, and collaborate across teams to solve complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate thrives in an Agile environment, has hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, and is passionate about building scalable and reliable solutions that meet client and business needs.

• Hire, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent across globally distributed teams.
• Lead development and QA teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of SaaS and cloud-based products using technologies such as .NET, Azure, React JS, or Angular.
• Facilitate Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code review, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and align development goals with business objectives.
• Drive initiatives to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster professional growth and engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience developing software in an Agile environment, with prior experience as a lead developer or architect.
• Strong technical expertise in full-stack development, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with the .NET stack and Azure ecosystem (Azure Boards, CI/CD, Git Repos).
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based product development; UX/UI design experience (React JS, React Native) preferred.
• Proven track record of managing distributed teams and delivering complex software projects on schedule.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team coaching, performance management, and recruitment.

• Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $160,000 annually.
