Designer (Remote - North America)

Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design, from concept to implementation, creating user-centric, intuitive interfaces.
• Contribute to product strategy by prioritizing features and enhancing UX through user research and iterative design.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity and design system across all platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless execution of design into production.
• Design marketing assets including the company website, sales decks, videos, and event collateral.
• Craft messaging and visual storytelling for customer proposals, investor updates, and branded materials like swag or business cards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product, UI/UX, or visual design, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital product and visual design work.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools, with excellent attention to detail and usability.
• Strong communication and visual storytelling skills.
• Self-starter capable of independently managing projects from ideation to execution.
• Experience working with minimal oversight and building systems from the ground up.
• Based in North America and authorized to work in the US (citizen or permanent resident).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for user research and customer engagement.
• Bonus: experience with industrial or enterprise software, front-end implementation (React/HTML/CSS), or motion/brand animation.
