About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We have launched one of the most ambitious projects in the company and offer an opportunity to solve the most challenging task in product design — to create a new design language and a unified design system for a large ecosystem of products.

This could be one of the most complex projects in your career. We have a large amount of legacy code and historically established solutions. You will need to conduct a deep analysis of current solutions, help build a strategy for transitioning to the new system, and find compromises between ideal solutions and real possibilities. This journey will require patience and diplomacy, as not all teams will be ready for changes immediately, and some solutions will need to be implemented gradually.

TEAM:

You will work shoulder to shoulder with designers and developers who have years of experience in creating complex products. The Head of Design will be your direct supervisor, and the design technologist will share deep expertise and help you understand complex nuances.

We believe that the most difficult tasks can only be solved together. Therefore, we are accustomed to openly discussing problems, sharing experiences, and supporting each other. You will always be surrounded by people ready to help, give advice, and share their experience.

• Assist with information architecture and system scaling.
• Actively contribute to the collection of design tokens and component libraries.
• Maintain changes in constantly growing documentation and guidelines.
• Help with the implementation of design tokens across all platforms.
• Design microservices and automation tools.

• Systems thinking and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience in product design or frontend development.
• Understanding of the basics of web and mobile platform development.
• Confident work with Figma, design tokens, and Git.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Ability to find a balance between ideal design and technical capabilities.

• Experience working with high-load B2B SaaS products.
• Expertise in headless architecture of design systems.
• Understanding of OpenGL capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with Figma Plugin API.
• Passion for learning new technologies.
