Design Leader (General Interest)

As a Design Leader, you will help organizations define their creative direction, strengthen their design capabilities, and build teams that deliver exceptional experiences. Depending on the specific opportunity, you will lead strategic initiatives across product, brand, and experience design while promoting collaborative and human-centered approaches.

• Define and champion design vision and strategy across products, brands, and customer experiences.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in senior design leadership positions such as Chief Design Officer, VP of Design, Head of Product Design, or Head of Brand Design.
• Proven experience scaling design teams and leading multidisciplinary creative organizations.
• Strong track record delivering innovative products, services, or brand experiences.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and transform vision into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive teams.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and customer-focused methodologies.
