Design Director, Brand Identity - Temporary - Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Design Designer at dentsu. You will help conceptualize and execute creative solutions across various media platforms. You'll collaborate with our team of experienced professionals to translate client briefs into visually compelling designs that meet both aesthetic and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

You will define and communicate the agency's design vision, values, and standards, ensuring understanding of client goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
You will lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
You will partner with senior leadership, account managers, and strategists to understand client goals, market insights, and goals, and develop design strategies that inspire meaningful impact and results.
You will lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects across multiple mediums, including branding, advertising campaigns, digital experiences, print collateral, and more, ensuring excellence in design craftsmanship and storytelling.
You will ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity are maintained throughout the design process, conducting thorough reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure designs meet client expectations and agency standards.
You will stay informed about latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous learning, innovation, and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in advertising or agency setting
Experience with Packaging Design

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $61.00 - $98.89 per hour. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays as outlined on the dentsu 2024 holiday schedule, in addition to accrued safe and sick time.

This is a temporary, W2 role on dentsu payroll.
