This role is designed for a senior fullstack professional who will act as a key technical reference within a high-performing engineering team. The position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. The professional will collaborate closely with product, design, data, and infrastructure teams to align technical execution with business goals. In addition to building and maintaining systems, the role also involves mentoring developers and helping shape technical standards across the team. Accountabilities

Act as a technical reference for the development team, supporting architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices across projects
Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality through strong focus on performance, security, maintainability, and observability
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Support system design and evolution in partnership with software architects, ensuring alignment with long-term technical strategy
Break down complex requirements into technical specifications, estimates, and actionable delivery plans
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including refactoring, automation, and technical debt reduction
Mentor developers at different levels, fostering technical growth and promoting a strong engineering culture
Participate in incident resolution, post-mortems, and root cause analysis, driving preventive improvements

Requirements

Solid experience as a Senior Software Developer working in complex, production-grade systems
Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, C#, React, or Angular
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus) and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and cloud architecture concepts
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Git-based version control workflows
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
Collaborative mindset with ownership attitude and focus on delivering value
