About the role:

We’re looking for our first GTM (Go-to-market) hire. An experienced Demand Generation and Marketing Manager to take charge of our marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving awareness and demand for Wokelo's innovative platform through a variety of channels. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns aimed at high-profile clients, such as private equity firms, investment banks, and Fortune 500 companies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Marketing strategy development: Craft and implement an integrated marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for Wokelo’s AI-driven platform.

  • Multi-channel campaigns: Plan and execute multi-faceted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including content marketing, webinars, digital advertising, as well as offline such as conferences and events to engage both inbound and outbound leads.

  • Data-driven optimization: Analyze campaign performance and key marketing metrics to inform decisions, optimize strategies, and report insights to stakeholders.

  • Content leadership: Oversee the creation of compelling content such as whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and other resources to engage key audiences and support the lead generation process.

  • Partner marketing: Collaborate with strategic partners to expand reach and generate co-marketing opportunities that align with our growth goals.

  • Budget and resource management: Ensure efficient use of marketing budgets and resources.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, or similar roles, ideally within the B2B tech or SaaS sector.

  • Expertise in executing both inbound and outbound marketing strategies with hands-on experience in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

  • Prior experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Marketo, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, SalesForce, SEMRush, etc.

  • A proven track record in content creation and marketing that drives engagement in complex industries.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to measuring and improving campaign effectiveness.

  • Experience working in dynamic startup environments, preferably in high-growth tech companies.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across teams.

  • Familiarity with AI, financial technology, or related industries is a strong advantage.
