This role is central to ensuring the accurate, secure, and timely flow of electronic data between internal systems, clients, and external partners. You will support day-to-day file exchange operations, monitoring inbound and outbound transmissions while quickly identifying and resolving issues that may impact data integrity or service levels. The position sits within a highly collaborative environment where precision, responsiveness, and continuous improvement are key. You will act as a key technical point of contact for data interface operations, helping translate business and client needs into reliable technical file specifications. This role combines operational monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and client coordination in a fast-paced, data-driven setting. Accountabilities:- Monitor, process, and support electronic file exchanges, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely data transmission
- Provide technical support for internal and external stakeholders regarding data files and interface operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by monitoring jobs, correcting failures, and performing root cause analysis
- Investigate data discrepancies and system issues while maintaining clear and accurate documentation
- Translate business and client data requirements into detailed file and interface specifications
- Coordinate implementation and updates of file interfaces with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational efficiency and service quality
- Support annual enrollment and other large-scale data exchange activities, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Enhance existing systems and processes based on evolving business and technical requirements
- Ensure continuous improvement of data exchange reliability and operational performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong understanding of SQL and ability to work with structured data
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and data validation skills
- Experience working with high-volume data environments and performing audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with ability to navigate web-based systems and proprietary tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills with ability to meet performance standards in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes
