Summary:

We are actively hiring a full-time Project Coordinator to join our Delivery Operations team and contribute to meaningful work that positively impacts people’s lives.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong administrative foundation, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. As Project Coordinator, you will support the Delivery organization through a balanced mix of responsibilities, including direct support of Implementation Project Leads on active projects and broader project coordination and administrative work supporting Controlled Substance and Coordinated Care product implementations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project data, effective coordination, and successful implementation outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support large active implementation projects by maintaining accurate, timely, and complete project data across internal systems and documentation.
  • Assist with project tracking, status updates, and reporting to ensure milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly documented.
  • Monitor project data for accuracy and consistency, identifying discrepancies or gaps, and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal project-related questions and administrative requests, routing items to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Help identify potential risks, delays, or data issues and support project leads in keeping projects on track.
  • Perform project coordination and administrative tasks supporting all product implementations.
  • Conduct data optimization and administrative refinement within internal tools such as Salesforce, Cloud Coach, and other tracking systems.
  • Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, reports, and internal records.
  • Support basic reporting and administrative activities related to implementation metrics and operational needs.
  • Assist with special projects, ad hoc initiatives, and process improvement efforts within the Delivery organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve documentation standards, workflows, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance workflows through AI or automation tools (e.g., document summarization, task routing, or data parsing).
  • Stay curious about emerging AI tools and how they can streamline or enhance work within your function.

What Success Looks Like…

In 3 months…

  • Develop a working understanding of Bamboo Health’s product implementation processes.
  • Become proficient in internal tools used to support implementation tracking and documentation (i.e. Salesforce and Cloud Coach).
  • Consistently maintain accurate project data and administrative records for assigned work.
  • Begin incorporating AI-supported tools into your day-to-day work—whether through analysis, documentation, or task management.

In 6 months…

  • Independently manage assigned project coordination and administrative responsibilities with minimal oversight.
  • Effectively support Implementation Project Leads while balancing other project and administrative work.
  • Proactively identify data inconsistencies, risks, or inefficiencies and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships across the Delivery team and related functions.

In 12 months…

  • Be a reliable and trusted contributor to both supported projects and broader implementation initiatives.
  • Contribute to improvements in project tracking, documentation, or administrative processes.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance goals and support team-level objectives.

What You Need:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, project coordination, or operations role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, and JIRA preferred.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, products, and processes.
  • Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools) to improve daily workflows.
  • A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
