What you'll do
- Build Relationships That Matter
- Be the trusted advisor for dealership partners, from Dealer Principals to Service Managers, ensuring seamless adoption of our software.
- Deliver exceptional onboarding, proactive support, and ongoing training to enhance dealership operations.
- Serve as the face of BizzyCar, fostering strong, lasting partnerships with dealership teams.
Drive Success with Product Expertise
- Lead product implementations and communicate new features and updates effectively.
- Strategically align our software with dealership workflows to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, ensuring dealerships achieve and exceed their goals with our solutions.
Expand and Elevate Partnerships
- Identify growth opportunities, including upselling additional features and driving renewals.
- Encourage dealerships to refer new customers, leveraging success stories and positive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the dealer experience.
Track and Deliver Results
- Monitor account health using tools like HubSpot, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring retention.
- Analyze dealership performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Report on key performance indicators, contributing to BizzyCar’s growth and success.
We're Looking For
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years in sales, account management, customer success or service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Must have automotive dealership or automotive tech experience.
- Proven track record in franchise dealership operations or selling integrated solutions to dealerships.
- Account risk mitigation or save motion experience is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to translate product features into dealership success stories.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, from the service lane to the boardroom.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience in negotiating win-win solutions and managing complex accounts with finesse.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 75-100%, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call as needed.
