We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to manage and grow partnerships with automotive dealers, driving both retention and revenue growth. This role combines consultative sales, strategic account management, and data-driven insights to help dealers optimize their operations and achieve business success. You will work closely with dealer partners to understand their needs, align solutions, and deliver measurable results. The position requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently across your assigned region to cultivate long-term relationships. Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with dealer partners to achieve retention, revenue, and growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each dealer’s needs and goals.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand dealer challenges and align them with appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze dealer performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and terms to maximize account value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and high dealer satisfaction.
  • Travel regularly (up to 75%) within the assigned region to meet with dealer partners and strengthen relationships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on consultative and relationship-based selling.
  • Strong understanding of F&I programs, reinsurance, and back-end dealership operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
