This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute impactful marketing programs across a network of dealer partners, translating business priorities into campaigns that drive measurable sales growth. The Dealer Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and content teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, event, and co-marketing channels. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in strengthening dealer relationships and ensuring consistent, engaging communication that maximizes brand visibility and business outcomes.


Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly dealer marketing plans aligned with product launches, promotions, and commercial priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end dealer campaigns, including segmentation, content deployment, lead tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and content teams to align messaging, promotional offers, and campaign timing.
  • Support creation of co-marketing assets, training materials, and sales enablement tools for dealer partners.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for key dealer relationships, building trust and ensuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Participate in dealer-facing events, webinars, and tradeshows to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital, e-commerce, or dealer marketing strategy.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns with attention to detail, timing, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of the dental, orthodontic, or related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with multiple competing priorities.
