This job is focused on providing day-to-day go-to-market operational support to include advisement, guidance and action on deal structure, process, and closure. You’ll work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Leadership and other teams. This role is challenging and fast-paced.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Partner with sales, customer success, finance, legal, and other teams to bring a deal to closure and accurately reflect the booking in our CRM, ensuring a seamless and frictionless customer experience throughout the process.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Support ERP enhancements and continuous improvement projects including CPQ implementation and administration, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in solving evolving challenges.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist in pricing strategy discussions and provide suggestions that balance business impact with customer value.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Examine customer orders for validity of specification of products ordered (incl. configuration), quantities ordered, and any special pricing agreements or requirements, always keeping the customer’s needs central.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Review, validate, and monitor the quality of both new and recurring orders.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Review contracts and ensure clean agreements in the booking recording processes.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Develop and/or contribute to process improvement and control governance.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Establish regular communication with cross-functional teams, fostering strong partnerships to drive shared success.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Highly motivated individual that focuses on order data quality, implementing quality initiatives and process adoption, and proactively owning outcomes to resolution.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Perform reconciliations for data integrity and work with cross-functional teams to fix issues with urgency.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Provide training and enablement for the sales teams to better understand our systems and tools, helping them deliver better outcomes for customers.</li></ul>Requirements & Skills:<ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Experience in deal desk, order management, finance, business analysis, and/or sales ops</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Experience working within Enterprise, SaaS, or high-tech company is ideal</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Excellent communication (verbal and written), strong interpersonal skills</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Experience structuring and escalating complex business and financial situations for review or approval</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Ability to work cross-functionally with various business units with urgency and impact</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Technically Savvy with understanding of SFDC, CPQ and Microsoft/Google suite</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Excellent attention to detail</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Team-oriented working and thinking, committed to winning together</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Professional self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively with others to accomplish goals</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assertiveness and ability to navigate ambiguity, pivoting quickly as priorities shift</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Drives focus on simplifying complex solutions and processes, finding creative ways forward</li></ul>Education:                         <ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Bachelor Degree required</li></ul>Mitratech is proud to be an EEOE, M/F/D/V, and we are committed to diversity both in practice and spirit at the corporate level. Mitratech participates in the Electronic Employment Verification Program.
