As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Deal Desk and Renewal Specialist who will help strengthen our deal desk function, support our customer success team, and scale our transactional processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with revenue, finance, and customer facing teams to ensure an excellent customer transaction experience and scalable deal structures.
The role
As Deal Desk and Renewal Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our deal desk operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is central to maintaining high-quality processes for managing renewals, supporting global teams, and scaling operations. By working cross-functionally, you’ll help ensure excellent customer experiences, efficient deal execution, and revenue consistency.
