  • Experience supporting AWS database platforms, including RDS and Aurora.
  • Strong database troubleshooting, query tuning, and performance optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with third-party SQL tools such as Idera, RedGate, SolarWinds DPA, Datadog, or Splunk.
  • SSIS/SSRS development and deployment experience; familiarity with CLR and database assemblies.
  • Experience with very large databases (VLDB > 1 TB) and exposure to NoSQL platforms.
  • Ability to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (MCTS, MCITP, MVP, AWS Solution Architect, AWS Database Specialty).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $110,400–$130,000.
  • Bonus programs and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
  • 401(k) match and financial wellness resources.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage; mental health support.
  • Family planning and women’s health benefits.
