We are searching for a diligent and detail-oriented Data Technician to join our hospitality team. This role is essential to maintaining and managing data systems that support our operations, ensuring accurate and timely information flow that enhances guest experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data related to resort operations and guest information.
• Manage databases and ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in generating reports for management to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary data and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and update Wi-Fi and cable service usage data to assist in guest service optimization.
• Perform routine data audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Support implementation and maintenance of data-related software and tools to enhance operational workflows.
• Respond promptly to data inquiries from staff and assist in training team members on data protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Technician, Data Analyst, or similar role preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of database management and data entry software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify data-related issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
