As a Data Scientist, you will apply your expertise to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and impact millions. You will work in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment, leveraging advanced machine learning, AI, and cloud technologies to solve real-world problems. Your contributions will directly influence product effectiveness, operational efficiency, and organizational success in a high-impact setting.

Accountabilities:

·        Collaborate with business users to evaluate needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable data science solutions.

·        Design, develop, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other machine learning systems for practical applications.

·        Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to multi-modal data sources.

·        Deploy cloud-based AI solutions ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with APIs and microservices.

·        Drive adoption of best practices in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) for AI systems.

·        Conduct research in NLP, machine learning, and AI ethics, implementing innovative techniques where appropriate.

·        Present insights and recommendations to leadership in clear, non-technical language.

Requirements

·        Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning or deep learning solutions at scale.

·        Expertise in Python (essential), with strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.

·        Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Huggingface-transformers.

·        Strong understanding of transformer architectures, vector embeddings, and generative AI concepts, including RAG.

·        Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

·        Solid knowledge of statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI system deployment.

·        Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

·        Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
