Accountabilities:

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing advanced analytics solutions, improving operational intelligence, and partnering with business teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Develop predictive forecasting models and analytics frameworks to support revenue planning and business strategy.
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, operational efficiency, and business trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Build scalable dashboards, analytical models, and reporting solutions that provide actionable business insights.
Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, Data Engineering, and commercial teams to improve KPI tracking and reporting consistency.
Support AI readiness initiatives by improving data quality, developing analytical models, and identifying opportunities for automation.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data architecture, integrations, and analytics capabilities.
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
Create analytical frameworks supporting customer growth, retention, expansion, and churn analysis.
Support executive decision-making through advanced reporting, forecasting insights, and strategic analysis.
Contribute to data governance initiatives, metric standardization, and improvements in business intelligence practices.
Develop models and insights supporting marketplace, channel, and technology-driven business models.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced data professional with strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Revenue Intelligence, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques.
Experience working with large-scale operational, customer, and sales datasets.
Proven experience developing forecasting models and predictive analytics solutions.
Strong data visualization and dashboard development skills.
Experience collaborating with business leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex technical analysis into clear business recommendations.
Strong understanding of SaaS, technology, or data-driven business models.
Experience supporting revenue operations, customer analytics, or business intelligence initiatives is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, investigate trends, and recommend solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
