Accountabilities:The Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor will be responsible for developing scalable analytics solutions, improving reporting capabilities, and translating data into clear business insights. This role requires strong collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure reporting supports organizational goals.
- Design and implement standardized operational performance analytics aligned with strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Create measurement frameworks, data definitions, and methodologies to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate key drivers influencing results.
- Perform root cause analysis using statistical methods to explain performance variations and support informed decisions.
- Deliver executive-level reports and presentations highlighting outcomes, insights, and recommended actions.
- Partner with technology teams and cross-functional groups to enhance data pipelines, reporting processes, and analytics solutions.
- Develop documentation, templates, and resources that enable repeatable and scalable reporting practices.
- Manage projects effectively by maintaining quality standards, meeting deadlines, and proactively addressing risks.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision support, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with large and complex datasets in analytics, reporting, or data-focused roles.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, and data validation across multiple data sources.
- Experience using analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, SAS, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Python, SSIS, or similar data technologies is preferred.
- Proven experience designing and delivering dashboards, operational reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, including regression, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations and strategic insights.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive presentations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and data quality.
- Experience with automated ETL processes, reporting pipelines, healthcare-related data, Agile environments, or cross-functional improvement initiatives is a plus.
