About the role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Integrations Associate to join our growing team. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of technical integrations, client success, and sales support. As an Integrations Associate, you will play a critical role in helping prospects understand the value of our integration capabilities, and you’ll guide clients through seamless onboarding and continued success with their integrations.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure prospects and clients experience smooth, value-driven integration journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle, showcasing integration capabilities to prospects and answering functional/technical questions
  • Lead onboarding for new clients, configuring integrations and ensuring successful implementation across platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, MS Dynamics, DealCloud, API)
  • Manage a portfolio of ~25 integration projects at any given time
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the integration lifecycle, including implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Conduct regular check-ins via email, phone, and video to ensure integrations meet business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and enhance client experience
  • Document client needs and feedback to influence product roadmap and integration improvements

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Integration Analyst, Business Development Representative)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to confidently speak with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Experience with or knowledge of CRM and data platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, MS Dynamics, DealCloud (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A problem-solver mindset with a customer-first attitude
  • Comfort with technical tools and concepts — while you don’t need to be an engineer, you’ll need to understand how APIs and integrations work
  • Bonus: Experience working in a B2B SaaS, Financial industry, or data-focused environments.
  • Experience working with alternative investments, ETFs, and financial products a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • 401k retirement plan with company contribution
  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • Remote work environment*

We strive to continually build on our evolving culture - which is built on; innovation, drive, and top tier product creation on behalf of our global client base.
