You will work on projects that transform complex healthcare data into accessible insights for analytics and operational teams. This opportunity offers meaningful work in a mission-driven environment where technology supports life-changing outcomes. It is well suited for someone who thrives in solving integration challenges while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain automated backend integrations between healthcare systems, EMRs, billing platforms, and internal data environments.
  • Develop and optimize ETL pipelines that ingest, transform, and structure data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and gather requirements to define the best integration approach for each project.
  • Translate technical processes for business stakeholders and communicate business needs to technical teams clearly and effectively.
  • Establish data connectivity using HL7, FHIR, APIs, direct database access, and other standard or custom integration methods.
  • Assemble and manage large clinical and operational datasets to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with users in agile environments to create dashboards and outputs powered by integrated data sources.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable information delivery.
  • Contribute to architectural planning and continuous improvement of data and analytics infrastructure.
  • Support additional technical initiatives, special projects, and evolving business priorities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration projects.
  • 3+ years of experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards including HL7; familiarity with FHIR strongly valued.
  • Certification in Epic Beaker and/or Epic Bridges preferred or equivalent healthcare systems expertise.
  • Strong experience integrating data from multiple EMR systems and external healthcare data sources.
  • Ability to query, analyze, and interpret complex datasets for business and technical use cases.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools such as Mirth Connect, CloverETL, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Programming or scripting experience, including JavaScript or similar languages, is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated problem solver able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account programs.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
  • 401(k) plan with company match and financial planning resources.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage plus voluntary benefits.
  • Employee Assistance Program and wellness support resources.
  • Pet insurance and legal assistance benefits.
  • Tuition assistance for continued education and professional growth.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare and precision medicine initiatives.
