This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has exposure to data, analytics, or integrations and is looking to grow into a strategic data role. You will work alongside senior consultants and clients to improve data quality, define standards, and help organizations better manage and trust their data. Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Data Governance Support<ul><li>Assist in the development and documentation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards</li><li>Support the definition of data domains (e.g., Customer, Finance, Student)</li><li>Help establish roles such as data owners and data stewards</li></ul></li><li>Data Quality & Analysis<ul><li>Perform data profiling and analysis to identify quality issues</li><li>Support the creation and execution of data quality rules</li><li>Assist in monitoring and reporting on data quality metrics</li><li>Help troubleshoot data inconsistencies across systems</li></ul></li><li>Metadata & Data Cataloging<ul><li>Document data definitions, business terms, and data lineage</li><li>Support implementation and maintenance of data catalogs and glossaries</li><li>Assist in organizing and classifying enterprise data assets</li></ul></li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Participate in workshops and meetings with business and technical teams</li><li>Gather and document business requirements related to data</li><li>Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders</li></ul></li><li>Business Development<ul><li>Lead and/or support business development efforts</li><li>Lead and/or support proposal development and solution design in support of new and expanded client work</li></ul></li></ul> Required Skills<ul><li>2–4 years of experience in data analysis, data governance, data engineering, or related field</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar</li><li>Strong SQL skills and experience working with datasets</li><li>Understanding of data concepts:<ul><li>Data quality</li><li>Data structures</li><li>Basic ETL processes</li></ul></li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Data analysis and problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail and data accuracy</li><li>Documentation and organization</li><li>Communication with both technical and business teams</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in data governance and strategy</li></ul> <h3>Desired Skills</h3><ul><li>Exposure to tools such as Informatica IDMC, Collibra, and/or Alation</li><li>Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake</li><li>Exposure to integration tools like Boomi Platform or MuleSoft</li><li>Experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Internship or project experience with data governance or MDM concepts</li></ul> <hr> Additional InformationAttain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
