MMRealty is on the lookout for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data related to property listings, client information, and transactions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data systems, which are essential for our daily operations and client interactions. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us provide the best possible service to our clients while supporting our team's efforts in managing real estate transactions efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Enter and update property listings, client information, and transaction records into our database.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by conducting regular audits and data checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data entry processes.
  • Respond to inquiries related to data and provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Generate reports as requested to assist management in decision-making.
  • Assist in training new staff on data entry processes and systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and addressing inquiries.
