(a plus) </li></ul>Role responsibilities<ul><li>Lead complex measurement strategy, tagging, instrumentation, and implementation workstreams across multiple business areas, channels, platforms, or stakeholder groups.</li><li>Define measurement strategies and implementation approaches that align business questions, reporting requirements, experimentation needs, consent behaviors, and downstream data usage.</li><li>Translate ambiguous business and stakeholder needs into structured measurement plans, event frameworks, tracking requirements, implementation designs, and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Own and guide event design, tagging architecture, consent-aware tracking behavior, QA strategy, and platform configuration needed to support reliable and scalable measurement.</li><li>Establish and reinforce best practices for measurement plans, event naming conventions, parameter logic, data layer requirements, tracking documentation, and validation processes.</li><li>Lead implementation audits and identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve measurement quality and consistency.</li><li>Serve as a senior partner to client and internal stakeholders by advising on measurement implications, implementation tradeoffs, data collection strategy, privacy considerations, and instrumentation priorities.</li><li>Collaborate with Data Analysts, CRO Analysts, SEO / GEO Specialists, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, and Architects to align measurement solutions with reporting needs, platform realities, and business objectives.</li><li>Review and improve existing implementations to increase clarity, scalability, consent compliance, consistency, and usefulness.</li><li>Support proposal work, capability building, and internal thought leadership where measurement expertise is needed.</li><li>Model strong governance discipline by reinforcing privacy, consent, data-quality, and implementation-standard expectations across engagements.</li></ul><h3>Must have qualifications</h3>To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:  <ul><li>Experience with hybrid implementations of Adobe Analytics via Google Tag Manager.</li><li>Adobe Analytics & Adobe WebSDK </li><li>Google Tag Manager expertise</li><li>Deep working knowledge of digital measurement, event tracking, tagging strategy, and analytics implementation.</li><li>Strong ability to define measurement approaches, event frameworks, and instrumentation strategies in complex business environments.</li><li>Advanced skill in translating technical tracking concepts into clear, business-relevant recommendations for stakeholders.</li><li>Strong understanding of tag management, data layers, consent behaviors, cookie governance, and customer event flows.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking skills across platforms, implementations, and downstream data dependencies.</li><li>Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations and bring structure to loosely defined measurement needs.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including executive-level presentation and stakeholder management capability.</li><li>Ability to influence without direct authority and elevate the quality of delivery across teams.</li><li>Strong attention to detail while balancing speed, practicality, and business usefulness.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in the Americas and across
