Join us.</p></div><h3><strong>About the role and why it’s unique:</strong></h3><p>As a Data Analyst II, Commercial, you’ll support a variety of teams across finance, accounting, payments, and compliance. You’ll help shape business strategies and improve operations by developing key data sets and reporting, conducting in-depth analysis, and delivering actionable insights. This role will give you the opportunity to tackle diverse business problems and work cross-functionally with multiple departments, making a direct impact on our operations.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Developing and maintaining critical reporting and performance metrics for finance, accounting, payments, and compliance teams.</li><li>Analyzing business and customer data to identify key trends, investigate root causes, and inform decision-making.</li><li>Building dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights and performance trends to stakeholders across multiple teams.</li><li>Providing thoroughly tested and validated data models to be used as source of truth metrics across verticals within the company.</li><li>Producing accurate & validated reporting that meets regulatory requirements.</li><li>Partnering with internal teams to standardize & track core KPIs, and develop data-driven strategies.</li></ul><h3><strong>Who you are:</strong></h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience working in data analytics.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to build reliable data models enabling analysis and supporting clear, impactful insights.</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma.</li><li>A track record of supporting internal stakeholders, ideally in areas like finance, accounting, or compliance.</li><li>Experience working with transaction-level data, double-entry accounting, and robust polymorphic data sources.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and focus on delivering results.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><h3><strong>Even better if you have:</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience in finance, accounting, auditing, compliance, and\or gaming commission reporting.</li><li>Familiarity with GLI-33 reporting requirements or state regulatory reporting.</li><li>An interest in sports or the fantasy sports industries.</li></ul><p><em><br>Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $120,000 plus target equity.
