The Sr. Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and operational improvements.
This position sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, operations, and technology, supporting teams across the organization.
You will build and optimize data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that enable better decision-making at scale.

Accountabilities:

The Sr. Data Analyst will be responsible for developing analytics solutions, improving reporting infrastructure, and delivering insights that support strategic and operational initiatives. This role requires a balance of technical data expertise, business understanding, and strong collaboration skills.

  • Build, maintain, and improve BI tables, data models, and reporting infrastructure that support company-wide analytics.
  • Develop and manage dashboards used by operations, finance, business development, and clinical quality teams.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of key business metrics across reporting systems.
  • Troubleshoot existing analytics workflows and identify opportunities to improve data processes.
  • Analyze operational performance, including appointment routing, logistics, resource utilization, and market efficiency.
  • Support supply and demand planning through data analysis and forecasting models.
  • Conduct market expansion analysis, geographic assessments, and partner performance evaluations to support growth strategies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for pricing, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare business reviews and performance reports for strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate business questions through ad hoc analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze customer experience, service quality, cancellations, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support financial forecasting, budgeting analysis, and performance tracking through analytical models.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. They should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, finance, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
  • Experience with a programming language for analytics, such as Python or R, is preferred.
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered tools responsibly to improve data analysis and productivity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with teams across an organization.
  • Ability to manage both strategic analytical projects and ongoing operational reporting needs.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong collaboration skills and the ability to navigate changing priorities.
